     WATKINS GLEN, NY (WENY) -- A Watkins Glen man died after a motorcycle accident in the village early this morning.
     It happened at 5:20AM, at the South Franklin Street entrance to Dunkin Donuts. Police say 65-year-old Ronald Tears was riding his motorcycle, when he ran into the rear of a vehicle turning into the parking lot.
     Tears was badly hurt, and died a short time later at Schuyler Hospital. Police say no charges will be filed against the other driver.
