WATKINS GLEN, NY (WENY) -- There's just a few hours left to vote in the 2013 edition of the Budget Travel magazine contest.
      Watkins Glen is one of 15 small towns across the country in the running - and it's currently in 2nd place. Of course, we all know how beautiful and cool Watkins Glen is, but winning would put the national spotlight on the Finger Lakes town known for its gorges, world class wineries and race track.
