CORNELL---(WENY) The 2013 Hunger-U tour made it's first stop at Cornell Monday. Students stopped by the mobile education center to learn about hunger and the challenges surrounding it.
Hunger-U travels to campuses all over the country to encourage conversations about hunger issues.
Today marks the beginning of Hunger-U's east coast tour, with 15 more stops planned.
Hunger-U Marketing Associate, Mallorie Bankhead says, "We're enjoying today already, having so many deep conversations with students about the hunger crisis, and we are really looking forward to this tour, and we're hoping to make a difference for the future."
Hunger-U will be at Cornell's Ho Plaza again Tuesday from 9am to 5pm.
