WENY --   Political conventions are a who’s who of party leaders, and this year’s Democratic National Convention is no exception. 

Some of New York’s most prominent Democrats are scheduled to talk to the state’s delegates throughout the week. Tuesday morning, it was Senator Chuck Schumer’s turn.
