People in Pennsylvania will *not* be required to show ID at the polls. This ruling was made October 2nd.

Now, Judge Robert Simpson has denied a request for an injunction from opponents who wanted him to order the state to be clearer about voters not needing photo ID.

Last month, Simpson ordered the voter ID law put on hold for the upcoming election.
