Salads Linked to Listeria Food Producer Pulled
(WENY) -- Two local grocery store chains are recalling a number of items made at a Kansas plant linked to a possible listeria contamination.
Both Tops and Wegmans are pulling refrigerated salads made by Reser's Fine Foods in Topeka. The salads, which include coleslaw, potato and ambrosia among others, were sold in the stores' deli and dairy departments.
No illnesses have been reported. Reser's recently recalled beef, ham and chicken because they could be contaminated with listeria.
