Tioga is the new number one ranked football team in New York State Class D.  After making the State Final 4 a season ago, the Tigers (9-1) have much more to accomplish.  With a win over Sandy Creek (10-0) Friday night at East Syracuse Minoa, Tioga could get back to the Final 4.  But, they want more than just that.
