Steuben County, N.Y. (WENY)-- Jury selection in the trial for a Hornell man accused of killing a baby on Thanksgiving 2015 will begin Tuesday morning.
Dakota Miller is facing murder charges for allegedly killing one-year-old Ian Miniske-Huff. A medical examiner's report shows Ian died of Blunt force trauma to his head and liver. He was also covered in bruises and bite marks. Hornell Police say Miller admitted to biting Ian, and said he probably bit him too hard.
The trial was originally supposed to begin in February, but was pushed back to June. Jury selection will begin at 9:30a.m. in Stueben County Court.
