The dinner honors the late Bob Rockwell, a local philanthropist, art collector, and store owner. In his final years, Bob created the "Stonewater Fund," a play on the Rockwell name, to aid individuals in our community who were facing financial hardship. After his death, the Bob Rockwell Memorial Fund was created to honor and continue Bob's compassion and legacy of giving. The mission of the fund is to help individuals and families in the Finger Lakes region facing acute and immediate financial challenges. Since 2009, the fund has distributed more than $80,000 to community members in need.
