Five accused of making meth in Bath

BATH, N.Y. (WENY) - Five people are accused of making meth after an investigation in the Village of Bath.

34-year-old Joel Molloy, of Westfield, Pennsylvania, 34-year-old Nichole Church, also of Westfield, Christopher English, 32, of Bath, 60-year-old Corning resident, Howard O'Dell, and Savona resident, Megan O'Dell, are all charged with 3rd degree Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine.

The arrests stem from a complaint on November 25th of people cooking meth at a home on E. Steuben Street in the Village of Bath. The investigation led to a search and warrant and the arrests. The New York State Police Contaminated Crime Scene Unit assisted with evidence collection and processing.

All five were arraigned and sent to the Steuben County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000 cash for four of the suspects. English is being held on $10,000 bail.

One Bath police officer was treated for exposure to the hazardous chemicals and transported to Ira Davenport Hospital, where he was later released.
