Kellie joins the Washington D.C. Bureau from the Southern Tier of New York where she spent two years as an anchor and reporter.

During her time at WENY News she won several New York Associated Press Awards for her work covering the homeless crisis in the upstate region.

Kellie grew up in Northeastern Pennsylvania and graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia.  During her time there she obtained over 10 internships, from breaking news stories Philadelphia, to working on movie sets in Los Angeles, to travel writing abroad.  Her vast range of experience sets her apart on Capitol Hill.
