Light snow continues to fall across the Twin Tiers and Finger Lakes Region throughout Saturday morning and afternoon. Snow showers will be scattered at times, as a quick moving low pressure system continues to track out of the area. Once this system exits the region, the area could still receive some lake enhanced snow showers courtesy of winds out of the west. Highs today will tap out below average near 23º. Accumulation across the area will range from a half of an inch to about two inches, higher amounts also cannot be ruled out in higher elevated locations.
Tonight a few lingering flakes cannot be ruled out with much colder air starting to move in for the New Year. Lows will be back into the single digits yet again this evening with mostly cloudy sky.
