18-year-old Arrested Following Alleged Assault at Snell Farms

Bath, N.Y. (WENY)-- New York State Police arrested an 18-year-old Bath man following an altercation at Snell Farm in the town of Bath.

     According to police, 18-year-old Tyler Lautner was involved in a fight with a staff member at Snell Farm. During the scuffle, it is alleged Lautner stabbed the staff member with a pencil, intentionally damaged property, and prevented the staff member from calling 911. Lautner is charged with Attempted Assault, two counts of Criminal Mischief, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon. 

     Lautner was arraigned in the town of Bath and sent to the Steuben County Jail on $3,000 cash bail. Lautner will reappear in court later this week.
