Symptoms in women for heart disease and heart attacks can be so different than men. Heart disease or heart attacks may show up in women as neck, upper back, or jaw pain. They may also experience nausea, vomiting, extreme fatigue, or shortness of breath. They can also have pain or tightness in the chest or upper abdomen.
