Cold Front Arrives this Late Day
This Wednesday will start out mild with dry conditions, especially as you head out the door for your morning commute, but do not forget that umbrella OR that heavier jacket. As the day progresses a cold front will continue to press towards the Twin Tiers. Through the afternoon, shower will become likely with light to moderate rainfall expected ahead of the frontal boundary. As the cold front moves through late day, temperatures to end your work day will be significantly cooler than where they started. Actually falling back into the 40s by dinner time. A few lingering light showers may remain for your commute home, and temperatures will continuously be falling, making it feel colder than the previous days. Throughout the overnight showers will taper off for a little while with lows dropping into the 20s. Setting Thursday up for a noticeably colder start, and for mixed precipitation early on with snow showers expected as well.
