We're keeping a close eye on a developing area of low pressure. There's an agreement among most computer models in tracking a storm system east out of the Ohio Valley Thursday and then redeveloping it off the Mid Atlantic coast on Friday. This will result in rain showers Thursday followed by a mix of rain and snow Thursday night into Friday. Temperatures on Friday will be borderline, making for a tricky rain vs snow forecast. The best chance for several inches of wet snow will be across the higher terrain on Friday with more of rain/snow mix expected in the valleys. Keep checking back for updates as we fine tune the forecast through the rest of the week.
