Elmira, N.Y. (WENY) - The three men accused of killing a man and disposing of his body in a dumpster all waived their right to a preliminary hearing in Elmira City Court on Monday.

36-year-old Fabian Bonaparte, 20-year-old Kharii Monroe, and 17-year-old Jullian Rivera are facing First Degree Manslaughter charges after police say they killed 36-year-old Israel Jose Luna.

The suspects will now be tried at the Chemung County Court.

Police say the men hit Luna in the head during a fight last week and then put his body in a dumpster on Elmira's Southside. Police made the discovery early on the morning of February 27th.

Monroe and Rivera were released with the supervision of an electronic home monitoring device. Bonaparte remains in Chemung County jail on $10,000 cash bail.
