CANISTEO, N.Y. (WENY) -- An Almond woman is facing charges after she was allegedly found with suboxone packaged for sale during a traffic stop.
Police say 44-year-old Marilyn Maddaford was stopped in the town of Canisteo and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, as well as unlawful possession of marijuana. She is also facing a string of traffic violations.
Maddaford was released on her own recognizance. She will reappear in the Town of Canisteo court on March 22nd.
