ELMIRA, N.Y. (WENY) - The fourth and final suspect in the Horseheads home invasion has turned himself into police.

18-year-old Daiquan Bythwood has been charged with 1st degree Burglary and Robbery. He sustained critical injuries after being shot by the homeowner during the alleged robbery on Overlook Drive.

According to the Chemung County Sheriff's Office, he was recently released from the hospital turn himself in.

Bythwood was arraigned in Chemung County Court and released under Project for Bail.

Last month, one of the suspects, Zhamere Charriez, pleaded guilty to 1st degree Robbery in Chemung County Court. As part of the plea deal, the Chemung County District Attorney's Office will recommend he not serve any state prison time.

Two others are still facing charges in the case. Police say Drew Stansfield, Bythwood, and Charriez allegedly forced their way into the home. 17-year-old Olivia Maycumber is accused of driving them to and from the home.
