BROOME Co., NY (WENY) -- Three men are behind bars after a traffic stop turned into a drug bust in Broome County.
Coren Walker, Giovanni Foster, and Scott Layton are all facing charges.
On Monday, police say the three men were pulled over in Johnson City.
During a search by State Police and the Narcotics Enforcement Team, we're told they found a hidden compartment in the vehicle. That's where police say they found powdered Fentanyl and Heroin, numerous Oxycodone tablets, a digital scale, packaging material, and nearly 25 Suboxone and Fentanyl strips.
Police say they also found nearly $6,000 in cash.
All three men were charged with felony counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia.
The men were arraigned and sent to Broome County Jail without bail.
