ELMIRA, N.Y. (WENY) – One of the suspects police believe is responsible for a gun battle in the City of Elmira in late July has been indicted.
27-year-old Tarell Calafell is accused of firing shots at another suspect, Saad Wyche, on Grove Street. After exchanging fire, both Calafell and Wyche allegedly fled the scene, but both were later taken into custody in Elmira.
