New York State Police Investigating Fatal Car vs. Motorcycle Crash

CAMPBELL, N.Y. (WENY) – On Sunday, the New York State Police investigated a fatal car vs. motorcycle accident that occurred on State Route 415 in the Town of Campbell.

According to police, a 2003 Subaru, reportedly being driven by 42-year-old Robert Neally, was driving northbound. Neally allegedly turned left directly into the path of a 2002 Harley Davidson motorcycle being driven by 65-year-old Terry Hill of Lindley.

Hill was pronounced dead at the scene by the Steuben County Coroner.

Neally was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and various traffic charges, with additional criminal charges pending.

Troopers were assisted at the scene by the Steuben County District Attorney’s Office, Steuben County Sheriff’s Office, Steuben County Emergency Management, Campbell Fire Department, AMR Ambulance, and NYSDOT.
