CORNING, NY (WENY) -- It's a big day in Corning's Gaffer District, as an old restaurant reopens its doors in a new location.
Donna's Restaurant was forced to close this past summer following an eviction notice from the landlord.
The buildings owner told WENY News at the time they were looking to go in a different direction. The move forced restaurant owner Donna Robbins to close up shop after 30 years.
Monday, after months of hard work, Donna's Restaurant will reopen at 58 Market Street. That's the former home of Dippity Do Dah's Homemade Ice Cream.
We reached out to the restaurant overnight and were told breakfast would be ready at 7:00 a.m.
