BATH, NY (WENY) -- The State Department of Transportation is getting ready for a project in Steuben County, replacing and extending sidewalks in the Village of Bath.
The work isn't expected to start until 2020, but officials are holding a public meeting to let neighbors know the plan.
The project proposes to replace or extend existing sidewalks at various locations along West Morris, Washington, Liberty, Geneva and East Steuben Street's.
The meeting will start as an open house, with one on one discussions. It will be followed by a presentation and question and answer session.
It's scheduled Wednesday, December 5 at the Bath Fire Hall on East Morris Street and starts at 6:00 p.m.
