BIG FLATS, N.Y. (WENY) -- The MasterCuts location in Arnot Mall will permanently close Thursday, December 5, a store manager confirmed to WENY News. 

According to the manager, those that work at the location will have the option to transfer to the Ithaca location, at the Shops at Ithaca Mall.
