TWIN TIERS -- Good morning! Here's your latest First Warning Forecast:

Temperatures: Morning temperatures will be in the 8 to 17 range. By afternoon, numbers will be nippy as we struggle with below normal air, only expecting highs in the 25-30 range.

Wind Chills: Anywhere from 0 to 10 through the morning with afternoon wind chills only recovering to the lower teens.

Wind: WNW in the 5 to 10mph range.

Sunset: 7:24pm

Weather: Localized flurries across the Twin Tiers through the morning. There will be steady snow falling in the Ithaca with a singular band of lake enhanced snow falling south of Cayuga Lake. Outside of the lake enhanced snow near Ithaca, expect a mixture of clouds and sunshine with some flurries through the course of the day.
