With collaboration from the Guthrie Medical Group, the Children's House Child Advocacy Center in Towanda received a nearly $158,000 federal grant. The non-profit provides a child friendly facility to children and families struggling with child abuse or neglect.
Former Ithaca College student files lawsuit against Ithaca Police officers, alleging use of excessive force
A former Ithaca College student has filed a lawsuit against the City of Ithaca, two police officers, the Ithaca Police Department and the former IPD chief, alleging officers used excessive force, illegally detained him and falsified reports to support their account following an incident that happened in 2016.
