Elmira Boy To Host Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser to Thank First Responders

Dakota Rinker, an 11-year-old from Elmira with a big heart and a passion for giving back, is on a mission to honor local first responders through his self-started initiative "Dakota's Give Back Project."
