Elmira's Arnot Ogden Medical Center Receives $20,000 for NICU's Essential Service

Arnot Ogden's Neonatal Care Unit (NICU) in Elmira received a $20,000 donation from the Williams Companies. The donation will be placed towards advancing where the newborns receive life-saving care.
