2nd Annual WinterFest in Elmira Provides Holiday Cheer, Supports Important Cause

Swarthout's Bait and Tackle Shop is hosting its 2nd WinterFest, featuring gifts from Santa, local craft vendors, music, and a chili cook off. Proceeds will benefit Smile Through the Storms, a local suicide support group.
