Elmira Heights teacher cleared in alleged sexual misconduct investigation
ELMIRA HEIGHTS, N.Y. (WENY) - An elementary school teacher in Elmira Heights has been cleared in an investigation into an allegation of sexual misconduct against a child.
According to a post on Facebook, a parent reported to the Elmira Heights Central School District on January 25th that their child said she had been inappropriately touched by a teacher at Cohen Elementary School.
