Light snow and freezing rain will mix with and change over to a cold rain later this morning, as temperatures hover around the freezing mark to start things out. Afternoon temps will top out in the low to mid 40s. Light snow accumulations will range from a coating, up to a slushy inch across the hilltops. A light glazing of ice is also possible across the region. On Friday night we dry out with mainly cloudy skies, and lows in the mid-upper 30s. High pressure will build in over the weekend, with early clouds on Saturday breaking up to partly sunny skies. Highs will be around 60 degrees.
