For today, high temps will end up much warmer, rising back into the upper 70s. As a cold front pushes through this afternoon, scattered thunderstorms will develop. A few storms could become severe, containing gusty winds, hail, and a possible tornado cannot be ruled out. Temperatures will drop back a bit on Friday, with more sunshine breaking through again. Highs will settle into the mid-upper 60s. To kick off Memorial Day Weekend, we're looking at more isolated thunderstorm activity, with highs back in the upper 70s. For Sunday we dry out, with highs near 80.
