BATH, N.Y. (WENY) -- A Rochester teen was charged by the Bath Police Department for allegedly selling drugs

Bath P.D. identified the suspect as 17-year-old Jahmere Davis. Police say they made the arrest after a warrant was put out Davis. Davis was charged for criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was also charged with failure to appear, stemming from another arrest warrant.

He was sent to the Steuben County Jail with bail set at $10,000.

Bath P.D. says Rochester Police picked Davis up before turning him over.
