Mainly clear skies Monday night and much lower humidity will allow temperatures to drop into the 30s.  Patchy frost is possible and a Frost Advisory has been posted for Potter and Tioga counties in Pennsylvania as well as for Steuben and Chemung counties in New York.  Temperatures on Tuesday will remain below average with highs in the mid 60s, but much warmer conditions are likely by Wednesday with highs close to 80.
