NYSP: Spencer woman arrested after approximately one pound of meth found during traffic stop
HORNELLSVILLE, N.Y. (WENY) – A Spencer woman was arrested after New York State Police say they found approximately one pound of meth during a traffic stop in Hornellsville.
Troopers say on Sunday, state police arrested 41-year-old Marci Clem. She was charged with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance, driving while ability impaired by drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana and several other vehicle and traffic violations.
Troopers say Clem was pulled over on State Route 36 in Hornellsville. State Police then conducted a probable cause search and reportedly found the pound of meth and a small amount of marijuana.
Clem was processed at the North Hornell State Police Barracks and then turned over to the Steuben County Jail to await arraignment.
