This weekend is the "last weekend" of summer and it looks to be a wet one across the Twin Tiers. Showers will return to the region for Sunday, but the heaviest will come on the Labor Day holiday. A low pressure system will track into the area for Monday bringing scattered showers throughout the day and rain accumulations of upwards of 1.5" possible. We will have to watch out for some locations to see isolated flash flooding as the Weather Prediction Center gives the region a marginal risk over the holiday weekend.
