Two arrested for allegedly possessing meth, other narcotics in Horseheads
HORSEHEADS, N.Y. (WENY) – Two people were arrested after police say they were found with meth and other narcotics.
According to the Horseheads Police Department, on Thursday at around 3:00 p.m. – officers responded to complaints of a suspicious person near an abandoned home on Steuben Street.
The suspects drove away from the area before officers arrived, but were later found.
Officers say the subsequent investigation led to the discovery of a “quantity of methamphetamine and other narcotic drugs”.
As a result, 32-year-old Dominic Smallwood of Elmira and 22-year-old Megan Sena of Roullette (Potter County), Pennsylvania were arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
They were sent to the Chemung County Jail on $15,000 bail.
