Blackhawk recalling gun holsters due to unexpected firing hazards
(WENY) -- More than 3,000 gun holsters are being recalled due to unexpected firing hazards.
The design of the Blackhawk T-Series L2C gun holsters can change the position of the safety switch on a gun, without the user knowing.
If the trigger is then pulled, the gun could fire unexpectedly, posing an injury hazard to the user and anyone nearby.
The recall applies to these holsters sold in June and August.
Anyone in possession of one of these holders is urged to stop using it immediately, and contact Blackhawk for a full refund at (888) 343-7547. Consumers can also contact the company online.
