Nestlé recalls some cookie dough products due to possible rubber contamination concerns
(WENY) - Nestlé is recalling some cookie dough products. This recall comes after concerns of possible rubber contamination.
Easy-to-bake refrigerated cookie dough bars, tubs and tubes that have been sold in the United States and Puerto Rico are affected.
As of right now, no illnesses have been reported, but this recall has been issued in hopes to avoid anyone from becoming sick.
The company suggests if you have any of their affected products to throw it away. The company goes onto say to keep proof of purchase if you have it, and to contact nestlé consumer services.
