Temperatures have consistently run below average this past April and it officially ranks as the 8th coldest April on record in Elmira.  The records go back to 1894.  We do have good news for the weekend, temperatures will actually end up above average!  Saturday we're forecasting highs in the upper 60s with lower 70s to follow on Sunday.
