WATKINS GLEN, NY (WENY) -- This week in wine country, sponsored by Finger Lakes Wine Country, we're visiting the Seneca Lodge in Watkins Glen.

Owned by the Brubaker family since 1948, it's now owned by the third generation of family members - Sam, Brett and Mary Martha.

The Seneca Lodge boasts log cabins and A frames for rent, as well as a motel. The restaurant specializes in American cuisine, and the tavern room pays tribute to the history of racing in Watkins Glen. Laurels from Formula 1 races hang above the bar, as well as hundreds of arrows, college pennants, and race memorabilia.

The property also hosts a craft brewery, with several beers on tap year round, plus seasonal offerings.
