(WENY)-- Communications manager of the Corning and the Finger Lakes, Dave Degolyer joined us on Good Morning Twin Tiers to talk about all the new events coming up in July.

First, there will be three firework shows across the region you can attend to celebrate July 4th.

On July 2nd, there will be a fireworks show in Hammondsport starting at 10 PM.

On July 4th, there will be fireworks in Corning beginning at 9:45 pm and fireworks in Hornell which begins with a parade at 12 pm and includes various activities, a car show, live music, craft and food vendors, and fireworks in Veteran's Memorial Park.

On July 16th and 17th Depot Park is hosting a Wine Classic Boat Show starting at 9 AM. Watch antique and restored wooden and fiberglass boats on Keuka Lake and don’t miss the water-skiing exhibition Sunday morning. Admission is free and open to the public.

Love music? Village square is hosting Music in the Park in Hammondsport on July 14th, the 21st, and 28th starting at 6 pm. What a better way to enjoy this event than with a delicious meal from one of the many restaurants that offer outdoor seating? Many of the shops in the square will be open as well.

In addition to the weekly free concerts in most town squares, there are a number of other concerts at breweries, wineries, and music venues.

Here are a few of the National acts performing in July at Point of the Bluff’s Concert Pavilion:
