ELMIRA, N.Y. (WENY) - An Elmira man was arrested after allegedly committing sexual acts against a young boy.

The Chemung County Sheriff's Office says that they began investigating a complaint that was filed back on October 10th. The complaint states that Mannion allegedly committed sexual acts against a 14 year old male at his home multiple times.

Mannion was charged with criminal sexual act and was arraigned in the town of Southport. He was then remanded to the Chemung County Jail with bail set at $50,000.00 cash / $150,000.00 property bond.

He will appear in court at a later date.
