The holiday season kicks off in Elmira Friday morning at 10 am with the Elmira Holiday Parade.  If you're heading out to the parade, expect overcast conditions with a few showers possible.  Temperatures will be in the mid 40s.  The Sayre Borough Christmas Parade will begin Friday evening at 6:30.  Temperatures will be on the mid 30s with a slight chance for sprinkles or flurries.  The Parade of Lights will get underway Saturday evening at 7:30.  Skies will be mostly clear with temperatures near 40.
