She also made the Under Armour 150 team and was US Club Lax - American Select - Players That Impressed. DiNardo has played club lacrosse year-round with Monster Elite in Rochester where she has competed against the top club lacrosse teams in the country.

Jenna excels in the classroom, holding a 97% GPA and is a member of the National Honor Society.

DiNardo is thrilled about this opportunity at the Division I level, but she's also looking forward to one more ride with her teammates.

"Four years ago, I was watching my cousins come up and do this or watching my older teammates come up and do this and now I'm finally here and I was able to do it and it means a lot and I'm very excited for the next chapter of my life," DiNardo said. "Lacrosse has been my passion for such a long time even though volleyball and basketball are also so much fun, but lacrosse has my heart and I can't wait to go to Virginia."

"This senior year, I'm so excited. I cannot wait to play with all of my friends and everything. Our lacrosse environment is so nice and so special and Coach Scanlon does a really good job at bringing all of us girls together and performing together" she added.

DiNardo and the Corning girls lacrosse team are scheduled to begin the 2023 regular season on March 27th when they travel to Seton Catholic Central at 7:00 PM.
