ITHACA, N.Y. (WENY) -- According to Ithaca Police a suspected drunk driver crashed into two separate homes, causing significant damage to one of them on the 100 block of Farm Street early Monday morning on May 1st. When officers arrived on the scene, they found the driver still inside his Ford pick-up truck that was inside the home. 

Police say the driver was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver's identity has not been released and no other injuries have been reported. 

Police say they are performing an investigation into the driver’s sobriety and charges are pending
the result of a blood test. After the crash the Ithaca Fire Department assisted with stabilizing the house.
