Pennsylvania Man Arrested After State Police Find Stolen Car in Bath

BATH, N.Y. (WENY) - Authorities arrested a Pennsylvania man after New York state police said he stole a car.
According to state police, troopers pulled over a car on I-86 in Bath for traffic violations. Troopers say they would later find out that the car was stolen from York, Pennsylvania.
The driver of the car, 42-year-old Nathan Foresman of Turbotville, Pennsylvania, was arrested. Foresman is charged with Driving While Impaired by Drugs and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property.
He was sent to the Steuben County Jail.
