Bath Man Arrested for Allegedly Injuring Deputy While Resisting Arrest

BATH, N.Y. (WENY) - Authorities arrested a Bath man for allegedly injuring a deputy while resisting arrest.
According to the Steuben County Sheriff's Office, 49 year old Brian Rosell, Sr. of Bath was arrested for allegedly injuring a deputy while resisting arrest. The Sheriff's office says this stems from Rosell pointing a BB gun at someone.
Rosell was charged with Assault, Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Menacing, and Resisting Arrest.
Powers was arraigned in court and brought to custody without bail.
The deputy was treated at a local medical facility and released.
