HORSEHEADS, N.Y. (WENY) -- The Horseheads Fire Department is holding a ceremony on Memorial Day at 11 a.m. to unveil a newly refurbished fire bell. Dating all the way back to 1892, the celebration is designed to kick off 150th anniversary of the formation of the Horseheads Fire Department.
